Co Q10 or Co-Enzyme Q10

Co-Enzyme Q10 plays a role in fuelling cell growth and maintenance. It is a large molecule known to be an anti-oxidant which may find difficulty in absorbing topical through skin. It is also known as Ubiquinone.
